The Ponderosa Ranch, from the TV series “Bonanza”, was on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Nevada. The Ponderosa Ranch, Western Studio and Theme Park opened in 1967 and closed in September 2004. The Ponderosa Ranch, Studio and Theme Park included: the Cartwrights’ Ranch House, Carriage House, Petting Farm, Hoss’ Mystery Mine, Wedding Church, Old Time Photos, Country and Indian Store, Frontier Town, Silver Dollar Saloon, Tin Cup Mine, Military Collection, Ice Cream Parlor, Horseback Riding, Museum, Amusements, Hayrides, Antique Auto and Carriage Collection.
